Cancellation of your order
You can request a cancellation of a placed order if your order has the status: "Processing order".
You can see this under My orders by logging into your account, or creating an account with the email address you used on the order.
You request the cancellation by contacting our customer service.

If the product you ordered is already dispatched, you cannot cancel the order, but may make a custom product return. Please read about our Return Policy below.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item under the distance contract law.
At CaseOnline.co.uk, we have extended the right of withdrawal (the cancellation period) which is valid for 30 days.
The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.
The item must be returned unused with the original packaging.
The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals and not companies.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it.
If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly.
Returns can be sent by letter or parcel.
In the event of an exchange of item we pay the new freight from us to you.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal,
- Cut the lower part of the delivery note that came with the shipment.
- Fill in the reason and attach this note with the return shipment.
- Returned together with the original packaging
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the message that you have regretted. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement products.
Warranties and service
We guarantee goods we sent to you are error free at delivery. If an item is presumed to be broken, please contact us and describe in detail what the error is. You then make a claim for a warranty claim and thereafter send the product back to us. You have a 2-year warranty and a 3-year warranty on all products. If manufacturing defects occur during the warranty period, please contact us in the same way. In the event of a dispute, we have a policy of following the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
Your shipment will normally ship within 24 hours of ordering on weekdays. The delivery time for shipping is usually 1-3 days after dispatch. Products dispatched from our external warehouse will usually take 5-10 days. Your delivery is usually done by Royal Mail and smaller shipments are sent directly to you. For larger orders, you will receive a notification and collect it from your local representative.

Uncollected packages at Postal Service
A shipment to you can normally be picked up for 14 days after delivery to the agent. Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees, currently £10.
Secure payment with PayPal Checkout and BACS
For transactions made with Debit or Credit card we use PayPal Checkout. with SSL and maximum security. There are no costs for invoice fees or other payment fees at checkout when you use PayPal Checkout with us. Read more about this under PayPal's payment terms below.
For payments made with Bank Transfer we will email you our BACS details. You will thereafter use your own bank's secure bank transfer service.
